I got this Squish as a surprise gift for my mom, since she loves highland cows. I was planning to hide him away until Christmas or her birthday, but he was simply too perfect not to give her as soon as he arrived. She loves this little guy, and has given him the name Skwoodles MacRyan (inspired by various in-jokes that I won't bother getting into). His sleepy expression is just so cute, and he's so round and fluffy that I can't help but give him a pat whenever I pass by him!

Delicately luxurious coat, unexpectedly precious hooves, gorgeous shades of color all around, and the softest face one ever did see. Bonus points for being flat and broad enough on top to serve as a good spot for my next, as of yet unpurchased, Squishable (limited storage space means getting creative).

This wee Highland Cow is a super snuggly friend with the softest soft fur! Her name is Ku, and she even lets me comb her. My cats like combing her as well, with their teeth. She puts up with all of this grooming and fussing very patiently. She also is very good at sleeping in a pile of people/cats/Squishables. Ku has found her herd, and she is as happy here as we are with her.

As one of the many male Squishable fans out there, I love how Squishable always strives to be inclusive no matter what your age or gender.While I prefer shopping in the "Kawaii" section for Japanese/anime inspired plushies, I made a BIG exception for the highland cow. Something about him really stood out and I just had to have him. His details are impressive, from his head, tail to his beautifully crafted long hair. He has extra heft and weight to him too which I really like. The pictures don't do this one justice. I was even more impressed looking upon him with my own eyes when he arrived! So far, this is my favorite Squishable. (The plague doctor is up there too outside of my usual preferred Kawaii section).

My boyfriend grew up on a ranch, so he absolutely loves cows, especially highland cows because he has never gotten a chance to see them. So, once I saw Squishable release three new cows, I had to get him the highland one. I ordered it as soon as I could, and once it arrived, I gave it to him immediately. There was so much joy on his face when he opened the box to find a highland cow friend just for him, and he still loves it to this day. The highland cow sits on display with the other fun things I have gotten him over three years together.
