Retail Return Policy

Squishable is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns of merchandise purchased in our physical retail locations.


1. Eligibility for Returns of Merchandise

Returns will be accepted for individual Squishable plush items, accessories, and other general merchandise that meet all the following criteria:

  • Condition: The merchandise must be in **new, unwashed, and unused condition**. This includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories being fully intact and attached.
  • Damages: The merchandise must be **free of any damage, stains, odors, or material alteration caused by the customer** (e.g., rips, tears, marks, or signs of play/use).
  • Proof of Purchase: A **valid original receipt** or packing slip, indicating the date of purchase, must be presented at the time of return.
  • Timeframe: The return must be initiated within **30 calendar days** from the original date of purchase.

2. Refund Method

Qualifying returns will be processed for a refund in one of the following forms:

  • Original Method of Payment: The refund will be credited back to the initial tender type used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, or cash).
  • Merchandise Credit: A store credit, equivalent to the full purchase price, will be issued for the value of the returned item if the original payment method cannot be refunded or if requested by the customer.

3. Policy Exclusions (All Sales Final)

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Mystery Squishables
  • Retiring Squishables
  • Claw Machine Prizes
  • Last Chance / Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards / Merchandise Credits
  • Gift with Purchase (GWP) Items

4. Specific Exclusions and Conditions

A. Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Merchandise Credits
Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and/or Merchandise Credits are not eligible for return or exchange for cash, except where required by applicable state or federal law.

B. Gift with Purchase (GWP) Items
GWP items are not eligible for individual return. They must be returned along with the entire, or partial, qualifying transaction that initially included the free item. Returns involving GWP items that cause the original transaction to fall below the eligibility threshold for the GWP are subject to a **balance difference charge**. This charge is calculated as the full, un-discounted retail price of the GWP item.

C. Holiday Specific
Any purchases made between Tuesday November 25th, 2025 through Wednesday December 31st, 2025 are eligible for returns through Saturday January 31st, 2026. Items must still be in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags. Detached tags are acceptable as long as they are undamaged and available for reattachment by our staff.

D. Blind Boxes
We accept returns or exchanges only if the blind box is unopened.

  • Unopened blind boxes may be returned or exchanged within our standard return window.
  • Damaged or factory-sealed boxes (e.g., dented packaging) may also be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
  • Opened blind boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of condition or contents.

5. Important Note

Terms and conditions are subject to change by Squishable at any time without prior notice.** The policy in effect at the time of the return transaction will govern the eligibility and processing of the return.
